We acknowledge that Manna Hydration is a superior double wall vacuum insulated bottle in terms of quality. Effective immediately, the Manna warranty will solely apply to items purchased directly from our website. Our warranty does not extend to items purchased from third-party sellers or off-price retailers. Items beyond one year from the purchase date are not covered under this warranty. The warranty specifically covers manufacturer's defects and does not include misuse of Manna products, normal wear and tear, or accidental dropping of the product. This warranty is applicable only to products purchased in the United States and Canada.
Prior to submitting a warranty claim, please review the following information:
1. Damage to caps (manufacturer's defects): If your bottle exhibits leakage or any defects related to the cap, you may be eligible for a warranty replacement. To validate such claims, we may require photographic evidence of the cap. Please complete the warranty form located in the "Contact Us" section below. Note that damage caused by dropping the cap is not covered.
2. Bottles with Insulation Issues: You can conduct a simple insulation test at home using boiling water. Fill a Manna Hydration bottle up to the neck with boiling water, taking necessary precautions. Do not hold the bottle in your hand while pouring boiling water. After pouring, leave the bottle uncovered. After approximately 5 minutes, touch the outside of the bottle (below the neck). If you feel hot areas on the bottle's exterior, the insulation may be compromised, and you may be eligible for a replacement.
3. Bottles Damaged During Shipping: If you have ordered your bottle from www.mannahydration.com and it arrives with visible damage, please contact us immediately. Do not use the damaged bottle. We cannot replace a bottle damaged during shipping after it has been used. Contact us to initiate the replacement process. No return of the damaged bottle is necessary.
4. Rough Welds Around the Bottle's Rim: Occasionally, the welds around the bottle's rim may feel rough or uneven. If your bottle exhibits a rough or uneven rim, you are eligible for a replacement.
5. Bottle Rattling: If you notice a rattling sound inside your bottle, it may be due to a small metal disc that assists in creating the vacuum insulation. Sometimes, the disc may become dislodged, resulting in the rattling sound. While this does not affect the insulation quality or bottle integrity, we will exchange it for a new one if it becomes bothersome.
Manna Hydration will only approve warranty claims for products purchased directly from our website. Items purchased from third-party resellers are not covered. This warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase of your Manna Hydration product, as permitted by applicable law. The limited warranty provided by Manna Hydration solely covers manufacturing defects and excludes any damage or defects caused directly or indirectly by (i) improper use or misuse of the product, (ii) cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications, or (iii) wear and tear, abuse, drops, fire, Acts of God, or any other unforeseen events.
To initiate a warranty claim for a Manna Hydration product, please complete our contact form, specifying your warranty claim request. Alternatively, if you purchased your Manna Hydration product from an authorized retailer, kindly contact the retailer to make the warranty claim, thus avoiding unnecessary shipping and handling charges and delays.
Please note that any warranty claim for a Manna Hydration product will be replaced with a product of the same size and color. If the original size and color are no longer available, a similar size and color product will be provided, ensuring it is of equal or greater MSRP value.
In no event shall Manna Hydration be held liable or responsible for any damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including incidental or consequential damages. Some states may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you. This warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary depending on your state's laws.
