Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your original purchase. If you would like to return a bottle for a refund, please email a request with your original order number in the subject line to customerservice@mannahydration.com.  For products purchased from an authorized retailer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

Returns and refunds will not be accepted for used bottles. Manna Hydration will cover the shipping fees for the return of an item presenting a quality issue.

Cancellations may not be possible once the order is placed. We process shipments extremely quickly and once we have begun processing we may not be able to cancel the order.
