Product Questions

How do I recycle my bottle?


Stainless steel water bottles are recyclable, but they cannot be recycled through curbside collection programs.
Once your curbside recyclables are collected, they go to a Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) where they are sorted, crushed, baled, and sent to manufacturers for reuse. However, stainless steel water bottles are intentionally designed to be uncrushable, which means they cannot undergo the typical recycling process at the MRF.
Instead of placing your stainless steel bottle in the recycling bin, it is recommended to take it to a scrap-metal yard for recycling. By keeping your stainless steel bottle until you have other assorted metals to recycle, you can reduce your carbon footprint and make a trip to the scrap-metal yard when you have a substantial collection to recycle.
If a scrap-metal yard is not accessible to you, here are some alternative suggestions for reusing or disposing of your stainless steel bottle:
1. Donate the stainless steel bottles to a thrift store where families in need can utilize them.
2. Utilize the wide-mouthed stainless steel water bottles to keep soup hot for your lunch.
3. Use the bottles to store dry-food mixes like pancake mix for camping trips. Simply add water, shake, and pour the mixture onto a hot skillet.
4. Combine three or more bottles to create a children's ring toss game (or nine or more bottles for a 9-pin bowling set!).
5. Dedicate an old stainless steel water bottle for your pet. Fill it with water and keep it in the car so your pet always has access to water while on the go.
6. Use the stainless steel bottle as a vase for holding fresh-cut flowers. When you don't have flowers, repurpose it for watering your household plants.

What are MANNA bottles made from?


Manna utilizes Food Grade 304 Stainless Steel in the production of their bottles, which is the same material commonly employed in the manufacturing of flatware, cutlery, and food/beverage processing equipment. Manna ensures that their products meet FDA standards for food safety, guaranteeing they are safe for contact with food. Additionally, their bottles are free from BPA and lead, further emphasizing their commitment to producing safe and high-quality products.

Where are your products designed and manufactured?


Our products are designed in NYC and ethically manufactured in China.

Manna Hydration is a leading brand in the field of hydration design. We continuously strive to set industry trends and are committed to being at the forefront of both fashion and functionality. As a result, a significant portion of our product line consists of limited edition items, available through retailers and our website. While certain popular bottles may be restocked periodically, many of them are permanently unavailable. This emphasis on innovation in design is what distinguishes Manna from others in the industry.
Please note that some of our products are exclusively sold through retailers and may not be found on our website. If there is a specific product you are interested in but cannot find on our website, we encourage you to contact our customer service team for assistance.

What liquids can go in my bottle? It says not suitable for carbonated beverages- is this true?


It is recommended to avoid carbonated beverages when using our bottles because they can diminish the effectiveness of the seal. Additionally, carbonated beverages can create pressure inside the bottle, making it potentially hazardous to open the lid. While beer typically has a lower carbonation level and is generally safe to store in our growlers, it is not advisable to store it for extended periods as it may not retain its carbonation. Furthermore, it is advisable to avoid highly acidic beverages altogether.

Is there Nickel in my Bottle?


All of our metal bottles are made with stainless steel and contain chromium and nickel.

Are MANNA bottles FDA approved and BPA free?


All of our products are FDA Food safe, and are also BPA and lead free!

Care And Cleaning

Is my bottle dishwasher safe? Microwave safe?


Stainless steel bottles that do not have any coating can be safely washed in a dishwasher. However, if the bottle has a color or graphic applied, it is not suitable for dishwasher use unless stated otherwise on the packaging. Additionally, most of the products since 2023 on our website are dishwasher safe, to confirm this - please read product description on each product's page.  It is important to note that all stainless steel bottles should not be used in the microwave.

As for plastic Tritan bottles, they are dishwasher safe. If you are uncertain whether your bottle is made of Tritan, you can check the bottom of the bottle or reach out to Manna for clarification. Generally, plastic bottles should not be used in the microwave.

Regarding the lids of the bottles, they can be placed on the top rack of the dishwasher for cleaning.

 My bottle seal smells moldy. How do I fix this?


To address any persistent smells in the lid of your bottle, you can follow these steps:

  1. Remove the silicone seal from the lid.
  2. Clean both the lid and silicone seal thoroughly using warm soapy water. Ensure all surfaces are scrubbed gently to remove any residue or odor-causing substances.
  3. If the smell persists, you can submerge the lid and silicone seal in warm soapy water and allow them to soak overnight. This extended soaking period can help eliminate stubborn odors.

If, after performing these cleaning steps, the smell still persists, it may be necessary to replace the silicone seal with a new one.

How do I clean my bottle?


To clean stainless steel bottles on a daily basis, it is recommended to use dish soap and warm water. This combination is ideal for regular cleaning.

For stubborn stains or lingering odors, you can follow these steps:

1. Fill the bottle about 3/4 of the way with warm water.

2. Add 2 tablespoons of white vinegar to the water.

3. Use a bottle brush to thoroughly scrub the interior of the bottle, ensuring all surfaces are cleaned.

4. Rinse the bottle thoroughly to remove any vinegar residue.

If further cleaning is desired, you can try the following method:

1. Create a mixture of warm water and 2 to 3 tablespoons of baking soda.

2. Use this mixture to scrub the bottle thoroughly, making sure to cover all areas.

3. Rinse the bottle well to remove any baking soda residue.

These cleaning techniques can effectively remove tough stains and odors from your stainless steel bottle. Remember to rinse the bottle thoroughly after cleaning to ensure there are no cleaning agents left behind.

It looks like I have rust stains in my bottle. How do I clean this?



While stainless steel is not completely impervious to rust, it does possess rust-resistant properties. If you happen to notice rust on your stainless steel bottle, you can take the following steps to address it:

  1. Create a mixture using baking soda or vinegar and apply it to the rusted area.
  2. Allow the mixture to sit on the rust spot for approximately 5-10 minutes to break down the rust.
  3. Using a soft sponge or bottle brush, gently scrub the affected area to remove the rust.
  4. Rinse the bottle thoroughly to remove any residue from the cleaning mixture.

If you find that you are unable to remove the rust using these methods, we recommend submitting a warranty claim for your bottle.

Orders And Shipping

I placed the wrong address at checkout, can I have my order reshipped?


Regrettably, it is not possible to modify the shipping address once an order has been shipped. If you require a change in the delivery address, you have a couple of options:

  1. Place a new order: You can create a new order with the correct shipping address. This way, the item will be shipped to the desired location.

  2. Contact the carrier: Get in touch with the shipping carrier directly and inquire if they can reroute the package to the correct address. They may have specific procedures or requirements for rerouting shipments.

It's important to note that the available options may vary depending on the carrier and their policies. It is recommended to act promptly to resolve any address issues to ensure smooth delivery of your item.

Can I cancel or make changes to an order once it is placed?


Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to an order that has already been placed. However, we do have the capability to remove items from an order as long as it has not been processed or shipped. If you would like to remove an item from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will assist you accordingly.

Please note that canceling an order may not always be possible, as we strive to process orders swiftly. If you wish to cancel your order, we recommend reaching out to us promptly. We will do our best to accommodate your request if it is still within our processing timeframe. Kindly contact us with your order details, and we will address your cancellation request in a timely manner.

My tracking is lost/stalled


We understand that the current circumstances may result in slower mail delivery and potential delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. If you have received a tracking number for your order and it has not shown any movement after 5 business days, we recommend reaching out to our customer service team for further assistance. My order has not processed and it's been more than five business days


We apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you have concerns about your order or need to address any issues, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Our team is dedicated to fulfilling your order promptly and wants to ensure that it is processed correctly. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will do our best to assist you. Please contact us with your order details, and we will work diligently to resolve any concerns or questions you may have.

My order says delivered but I have not received my item


Please wait 24 hours after the item shows delivered. On rare occasions, carriers will deliver a day later. If you still have not received your item after this time frame please contact us.

How long do orders take to process and ship?


Our orders take about 1-3 business days to process, but usually ship within 24 hours.

Do you ship internationally?


At the moment, our shipping services are limited to the United States and Canada. We currently ship to Canada, but we do not offer international shipping to other countries. However, we are actively working on expanding our shipping capabilities and plan to offer international shipping options in the near future. Our goal is to provide our products to customers worldwide, and we anticipate being able to offer international shipping by end of 2023. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work towards this expansion.

Can I get my order shipped to a PO Box?


Regrettably, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. To ensure a smooth and reliable delivery process, we require a physical address for shipping. Please provide a valid residential or commercial address for the shipment, and we will be able to proceed with processing and delivering your order accordingly. Refunds And Returns

I purchased an item from a Manna authorized retailer and I would like to return it for a refund.


We regret to inform you that we are unable to process returns or issue refunds for items purchased through a retailer. In such cases, the return policy of the authorized retailer from which you made the purchase will be applicable. We kindly ask you to contact the retailer directly for further details regarding their return policy and procedures.

The authorized retailer will be able to provide you with the necessary information and assist you with any returns or refunds according to their specific guidelines. If you require any additional support or have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team, and we will do our best to assist you.

I purchased item(s) from your website and I would like to return it.


We understand that sometimes you may need to return a bottle for a refund, and we're here to assist you. If you would like to initiate a return, please send an email to helpdesk@mannahydration.com with your original order number mentioned in the subject line. Our customer support team will respond to your request and provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return process.
Please be aware that returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of your original purchase. It's important to include your original order number in the subject line of your email to ensure a smooth and efficient processing of your return request.
Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by us. You will be responsible for the return shipping expenses associated with sending the item back to us.
If you have purchased our products from an authorized retailer, their specific return policy will apply. We recommend reaching out to them directly for more information regarding their return policy and procedures.

Our Warranty

My bottle has a rattling sound


If you notice a rattling sound coming from your bottle, it is likely due to a small metal disc located between the double walls of the bottle. This disc plays a role in creating the vacuum insulation that keeps your beverage at the desired temperature. Occasionally, the disc may become dislodged, resulting in the rattling noise.

We want to assure you that this does not impact the insulation performance or the overall integrity of the bottle. It is simply a minor issue with the disc placement. If you believe your bottle requires a warranty replacement, we encourage you to click here to determine if you are eligible for a replacement under our warranty policy.

My bottle is not keeping insulation


If you are experiencing difficulties with the insulation of your bottle and it is not effectively keeping your beverage at the desired temperature, we apologize for the inconvenience. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Check the lid seal: Ensure that the lid is securely tightened and that the seal is properly in place. A loose or damaged seal can compromise the insulation capabilities of the bottle.

  2. Clean the bottle: Sometimes, residue or buildup on the interior of the bottle can affect its insulation. Clean the bottle thoroughly with warm soapy water, including the lid, to remove any potential contaminants.

  3. Pre-warm or pre-chill the bottle: If you are trying to keep your beverage hot or cold for an extended period, consider pre-warming or pre-chilling the bottle before filling it. This can help optimize its insulation performance. 

  4. Avoid extreme temperatures: Exposure to extreme heat or cold can impact the insulation properties of the bottle. Try to avoid leaving the bottle in direct sunlight or exposing it to extreme temperature conditions.

If you have tried the above steps and the insulation issue persists, we recommend reaching out to our customer service team. They will be able to assist you further, assess your situation, and determine if your bottle is eligible for a warranty replacement or any other appropriate solution.

My lid is broken. Can I get a new one?


If you have encountered any issues with the cap of your bottle, such as leaking or defects resulting from the manufacturing process, you may be eligible for a warranty replacement. Our warranty covers caps that exhibit such issues from the time of purchase.

However, it is important to note that our warranty does not extend to accidental damage caused by dropping the bottle, misuse, misplacement of the cap, or general wear and tear over time. Additionally, please be aware that our warranty only applies to items purchased from authorized retailers and does not cover products bought from off-price locations.

If you believe your situation qualifies for a warranty replacement based on the criteria mentioned above, we kindly request you to complete a warranty request. 

My bottle has a rough or uneven weld


On occasion, the welds around our bottle’s rims can feel rough. If your bottle has a rough or uneven rim, you are eligible for a replacement if the item was purchased from an authorized seller. Please click here to see our warranty requirements and fill out a form if you are eligible.

Is my bottle covered under warranty?


We know that Manna Hydration is the highest quality double wall vacuum insulated bottle available. Effectively immediately, the Manna warranty will pertain only to items purchased at authorized retail locations and websites or from the Manna website directly within one year of purchase date. The list of accepted retailers is on our contact form. Our warranty does not cover items purchased from third party or off-price sellers. Any item past one year purchase date is not covered. This warranty will cover manufacturer’s defects only, not including misuse of your Manna product, normal wear and tear, or dropping your product. Warranty applies to products purchased only in the US and Canada. A receipt or proof of purchase from a full price retail location our website will be required to fulfill warranty requests.

Lids

Where can I buy replacement lids besides online? I am international and cannot find them in stores.


At the moment, replacement lids for our bottles are exclusively available for purchase through our official website, www.mannahydration.com. We do not offer lids for sale at any other locations or retailers.

If you are in need of a replacement lid, we recommend visiting our website and exploring the options available. You can find the specific lids compatible with your bottle model and make a purchase directly from our online store.

Are any of the MANNA lids interchangeable?


To provide accurate information, the lids in our Ranger, Convoy, and Saratoga lines are indeed interchangeable within their respective lines. Additionally, these three lines are also interchangeable with each other, allowing you to mix and match lids between Ranger, Convoy, and Saratoga bottles. Besides these three models, the rest of our lids are not interchangeable.

I do not see my bottles' lid listed on your website. How can I obtain it?


Manna Hydration takes pride in staying at the forefront of hydration trends and continuously updating our product offerings. As a result, our inventory is regularly updated to reflect the latest designs and innovations.

If you are unable to find the specific lid for your Manna bottle listed on our website, we regret to inform you that we do not carry that particular lid and are unable to offer a replacement for it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please note that our lids are not interchangeable between different bottle models or sizes. Each lid is specifically designed and manufactured to fit its corresponding bottle. Using a lid that is not intended for your bottle may compromise the functionality and performance of your Manna Hydration product.

What's the difference between Titan Lid and Titan Pre-2021 lid?


If you purchased your Titan bottle online at mannahydration.com you will need Titan bottle lid. If your bottle was purchased at Costco, TJ Max or Marshalls - then most likely you will need Titan Pre-2021 lid.
